John Lewis: Looking Good Liverpool

BEAUTY HALL REFRESH

We helped John Lewis drive footfall to their revamped beauty hall by surprising Liverpudlians with an interactive talking mirror that delivered real-time, authentic local banter. We also planted super-sized beauty cut-outs across the city, kicking off a massive “find, snap, share” treasure hunt that offered free beauty bags in-store—connecting the brand to the community one feel-good moment at a time.

From the playful talking mirror to the larger-than-life beauty product treasure hunt, every element has been designed to surprise, delight and spark conversation both on the streets and online.
