We helped John Lewis drive footfall to their revamped beauty hall by surprising Liverpudlians with an interactive talking mirror that delivered real-time, authentic local banter. We also planted super-sized beauty cut-outs across the city, kicking off a massive “find, snap, share” treasure hunt that offered free beauty bags in-store—connecting the brand to the community one feel-good moment at a time.

For the relaunch of John Lewis Liverpool’s beauty hall, we wanted to create an experience that feels as vibrant, warm and authentic as Liverpool itself. From the playful talking mirror to the larger-than-life beauty product treasure hunt, every element has been designed to surprise, delight and spark conversation both on the streets and online.
