Beko are well known for their white goods, and after 25 years in business in the UK they wanted to celebrate this achievement.
They approached us to create a landmark experience for 350 of their channel partners from across Europe, and launch their new brand identity.
Rather that reflecting on Beko’s past years of business, our strategy was to look to the future, with a two-day event full of state of the art experiences, and demonstrations of 104 of their most technologically advanced products.
At the heart of the experience was an immersive presentation from industry experts on trends and developments. Spanning two hundred and seventy degrees around the audience, we generated all content for the 4k projection, including an illustrated animation celebrating Beko’s history, a commissioned CGI co-presenter, ‘Evie’ to stand alongside key speakers, and a series of short videos.
The experience continued through to areas that included product displays highlighting key attributes, and areas that celebrated some of Beko’s forthcoming landmark achievement, including their highly-anticipated sponsorship of FC Barcelona. The experiences culminated in a gala dinner with key stakeholders and speakers.
We oversaw the project from initial concept stage, through to delegate management, and social coverage across the weekend.
We organised delegates from all over Europe, managing every detail of their stay in London across the two-day event.
