Land Securities are the largest commercial property development company in the UK. They came to us to launch their most prestigious development, One New Change, in the heart of London, and in the midst of a faltering economy and declining consumer/retail confidence.
Central to our strategy and execution was a CSR partnership with The Prince’s Trust charity, with all events helping to raise the profile and much-needed funds for the cause.
Crowds flocked to One New Change over the course of the three weeks’ of campaign activity.
We hosted three weeks’ worth of experiential activity to drive footfall and raise awareness, including exclusive musical performances from The Hoosiers, the DrumHeads and The London Symphony Orchestra, live consultations with ex-TV Dragon Richard Farleigh, and photo calls with TV celebrities including Jenni Falconer.

Key events hosted at One New Change in the three weeks were four fashion shows for Grazia and GQ, taking place on the rooftop of the estate. A live debate was also hosted on behalf of The Times.
The activity culminated with a VIP event for 400 people including show-stopping performances by Alesha Dixon and St. Paul’s Cathedral Choir.
