Operating over 800 stores across 8 different countries, Caffè Nero had a variety of individual websites which lacked consistency and were difficult to manage. Collider were engaged to consolidate these disparate sites into a single presence.
The sites needed to be updated to give timely, relevant information to mobile users and the online store needed a refresh to improve sales.
We moved all the sites to a single, centralised content management system and gave them a unified look and feel. Reducing both customer confusion and administrative overhead. Geolocation technology ensures that the customer is served the most relevant content.
But our involvement didn’t stop at launch. We now work closely with the client to monitor the effectiveness of the site, make improvements and provide engaging content for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
