As the incumbent agency, Sharp asked us to provide a conference platform along with all supporting creative and digital assets from which they could launch their new brand promise and 14 new products.
The backdrop to this was an important step change in Sharp’s business with a significant investment from Foxconn and a new vision around integrated technologies.
The entire European Dealer network was invited – nearly 900 delegates from 14 countries. The solution was a newsroom style production with a 1000m2 walk through experience in which the dealers could get hands on experience with the latest in Sharp connected technologies.
We created a fast paced news room theme utilising audiovisual techniques and production styles that gave a dynamic delivery of key messages and product reveals in an engaging and emotionally rich way.
The Expo was designed and built in as an interactive journey through a fictional Architects office from Reception, Marketing and through to meeting rooms and collaboration zones. Regional workshops with external speakers on topics such as ethical hacking and the latest in Consumer Tech AI and IoT created a full 360 learning experience for the audience. The event lasted a full 5 days and included hospitality and activities for all invitees.
